Dr. Porfirio P. Tica obtained his medical degree from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. His career in cosmetic surgery continues to shine when he was assigned to be the Medical Director of various hospitals and ambulatory surgical facilities in the country.
