The "Executive Health Check-Up" offered at Makati Medical Center in the Philippines is a good investment in your most important asset: your health. Everyone -- regardless of age -- should undergo this kind of comprehensive physical regularly. It is a comprehensive medical check-up. It includes a broad range of patient needs. Admission time is 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Mondays to Wednesdays for Plan A; Mondays to Thursdays for Plan B. Admissions on Sundays are only in 9th floor, 7 P.M. at Admitting Office. There will be no admissions on days before holidays. Laboratory, X--ray and other testing centers may be closed and specialists may not be available.

If you come without any attending physician, we will assign one who will serve as your Coordinator. He will take charge during the period of your work--up, recommend specialists to you, prepare your medical report and explain the results of your checkyour check--up.

Additional examinations not included in your plan, but recommended by your Coordinator may be done upon your consent and charged to your account with a 10% discount. Treatment and medicines are not included in the package. If you refuse to undergo one or more examinations / consultations. Also, consultations in your plan, the rate will not be adjusted. Also, tests and / or consultations may not be exchanged for another not included in your plan.

Test and consultations not done during confinement may be availed of as out-patient, not later than two (2) weeks after discharge to complete the examination.

Some of your tests and consultations may begin on the afternoon of your admission. Plan A and B patients are allowed a maximum of three (3) consultations –Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology/Urology. Consultations in excess of these will be charged per consultation.

For patients undergoing Plan C Program; 12 to 14 hours fasting is needed prior to blood extraction in the morning. A Treadmill Stress Test should be scheduled with Heart Station. If you have attending physician, ask the doctor to make a request for Plan C. Proceed to Admitting Office before your examinations and present the request made by the doctor. If you do not have attending physician, please coordinate with Health Clinic and they will assign one who will serve as your Coordinator.

A written summary of your consultations and results of diagnostic procedures will be available at your coordinator’s office 2 weeks from your discharge.
