PACKAGE GUIDELINES
Packaged Services Packaged Services are defined as Medical Procedures bundled for a single fee which include, but not limited to, medical, cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, professional fees, operating room fees, and room accommodations.
- Package Inclusions
- Hospital: Operating room charges or room use, recovery room, scrub and circulate nurse
- Accommodation for one (1) night, including room, regular menu food charges
- Laboratory: Diagnostic tests necessary for the procedure if required by surgeon such as CBC, PT & PTT, 12 lead ECG
- Radiology: Chest X-ray (if required)
- Medical equipment and supplies required for the procedure(s)
- Anesthesia: Pre-anesthesia drugs, anesthesia, medical gas
- Medications: Routine medication(s) used for the procedure and during admission only
- Professional Fees: Surgeon’s Fees, Anesthesiologist’s Fees
- Take home antibiotics and pain relievers

- Exclusions
- Charges for inpatient accommodation in excess of one (1) night will be charged the standard hospital rates and added to the package price
- Charges for medical services or procedures required or incurred after the contracted service/procedure
- Charges for intensive care, if required
- Outpatient fees and expenses incurred before admission
- Other charges for Laboratory profiles and medications not related to the contracted service/procedure
- Other charges not related to the procedure
- Personal usage or in-room consumption such as telephone charges, guest meals, extra bed, additional selected room amenities will be charged the standard hospital rates
- Cost of implants
- Cost of compression garment (will depend on size and brand)
- Room Upgrades are charged at the difference of the room rate included in the Package

- Patient Eligibility
- The Package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients
- Patients with the following conditions will not qualify for the package:
- Bleeding disorders
- Patients with underlying severe medical problems that required additional treatment and investigation including, but not limited to HIV and uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension and/or Cardiac Disease
