The ORL- Neurophysiology Service was formerly opened in 1985 and continuous to provide holistic and quality diagnostic services in the fields of Neuro Science and Otorhinolaryngology, participate in relevant programs which enhance the competence of the staff, and facilitate learning opportunities for the staff to enable safe and efficient performance of procedures.

Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) was the first private hospital in Metro Manila to do testing in an Interacoutic audiometric booth which has passed international standards. In 2000, Neurophysiologic tests using the Nihon Kohden Neuropack Mode such as Electrocochleography (ECOG) and Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potential (VEMP) allowed for detailed studies of inner ear. This placed the MDH Hearing Vestibular Science Laboratory as the only center in the country that could offer the advanced services for the inner ears auditory and balance nerves.
