The Pharmacy Department Outpatient and Inpatient Dispensing are open to serve you twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including holidays. 

Pharmacy offices are opened from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Transactions concerning the following is directed to the Pharmacy Offices:

Pharmacy Internship

The Pharmacy Department is accepting pharmacy students for minor and/or major internship.

Interested pharmacy students should submit a Letter of Recommendation from the dean of their respective college of pharmacy to be submitted for the reservation of schedule. (The letter will be addressed to Ms. Sheryll Ann Limson – Pharmacy Clinical Services and Training Officer).

Only limited slots are allotted per month. Submission of the said letter and the corresponding reservation should be made prior to the start of the internship. Letter of recommendations are accepted at MDH Pharmacy Department, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or can be e-mailed.
