1. Must be a graduate of any paramedical course, preferably with units in Anatomy and Physiology 2. Must have undergone International Classification of Diseases (ICD) – 10 training 3. Must have at least 5 years experience in Medical Records Department of a hospital; with at least 1 year experience holding a supervisory position
